Manage transformation, change, and implementation projects for public sector clients. Responsibilities include coordinating workstreams, managing stakeholders, maintaining governance and project documentation, conducting research and data analysis, developing recommendations, preparing client deliverables, managing risks, contributing to proposals, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Leads employer tax advisory and compliance engagements, transaction-related employment tax work, client relationships, business development, engagement economics, quality and risk management. Advises clients on employment taxes, reward, payroll and workforce matters, supports tax due diligence and transaction structuring, and collaborates across professional service teams. The role also mentors junior staff, develops managers, and contributes to the growth of the Employer Solutions and wider Tax practice.
