Build and evolve high-performance iOS instrumentation SDKs for mobile observability. Develop features including session tracking, crash reporting, sampling, context propagation, and OpenTelemetry integrations. Own projects end to end, ensure automated testing and backward compatibility, collaborate across engineering and product teams, contribute to open source, mentor teammates, and help shape the mobile observability roadmap.

Build and operate core components of a distributed, multi-tenant database and SaaS data platform, including ingestion, query planning, distributed execution, storage formats, APIs, tenant isolation, quotas, audit logs, and background jobs. Develop agent-facing retrieval interfaces, instrument services with observability tooling, and shape architecture as the product evolves from prototype to production. Collaborate across product and infrastructure while making pragmatic decisions in an autonomous environment.

Manage and develop a distributed team of backend and frontend engineers working on observability collection products, including Fleet Management, Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Chart, and Instrumentation Hub. Partner with product, engineering leadership, and go-to-market teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Guide projects from ideation through launch, foster psychological safety and continuous improvement, and contribute across team boundaries.
