Teams at Grafana Labs

Own technical customer engagements throughout the sales process, partnering with Sales to qualify and close complex opportunities. Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, evaluations, and enablement for Grafana products. Translate customer requirements into solutions, communicate product feedback to internal teams, and contribute to documentation, blogs, videos, and knowledge-base content.

Provides hands-on technical consulting for enterprise observability implementations. Partners with customers on onboarding, architecture, migrations, workflow recommendations, training, requirements gathering, workshops, and project execution. Designs scalable solutions using Grafana and related observability technologies, including Kubernetes, metrics, logs, traces, and cloud platforms. Acts as a functional lead and trusted technical advisor while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams to improve customer outcomes and product offerings.

Design, build, operate, and maintain scalable alerting backend systems. Drive features end-to-end, contribute to open-source, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, and collaborate remotely to improve reliability, performance, and alert evaluation at scale.
