Prepare and review UK Corporation Tax, VAT, statutory accounts, and management accounts; file returns with HMRC and Companies House; manage tax deadlines, registrations, reconciliations, and correspondence; provide UK tax and accounting advice; support proposals, pricing, client meetings, and service expansion; maintain compliance with HMRC, anti-money-laundering, internal-control, and data-protection requirements.

Own the global Employer of Record product, including strategy, service delivery, commercial model, operating standards, compliance, and profitability. Lead regional product and operations leaders, drive revenue growth and client retention, establish global SLAs and quality standards, optimize cost-to-serve and margins, and oversee regulatory governance across multiple jurisdictions. Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to scale and continuously improve EOR services.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive new business growth, manage the sales cycle, and engage with C-level clients. You'll also build a pipeline of leads, collaborate with teams, and stay updated on market trends.
