Leads the global Total Rewards function across compensation, benefits, job architecture, grading, benchmarking, salary structures, pay reviews, payroll governance, pay equity, and regulatory compliance. Partners with senior People and business leaders to develop reward strategy, implement scalable frameworks, provide analytics and recommendations, and support broader People transformation across multiple countries.

Leads global marketing strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline growth. Builds and manages a high-performing marketing team, oversees content, events, paid media, SEO, AEO, public relations, and marketing automation, and aligns initiatives with Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership. Owns marketing budgets, performance metrics, campaign optimization, and measurable contribution to revenue and customer acquisition.

Prepare and review UK Corporation Tax, VAT, statutory accounts, and management accounts; file returns with HMRC and Companies House; manage tax deadlines, registrations, reconciliations, and correspondence; provide UK tax and accounting advice; support proposals, pricing, client meetings, and service expansion; maintain compliance with HMRC, anti-money-laundering, internal-control, and data-protection requirements.
