Full-cycle Account Executive focused on converting qualified US opportunities to closed business. Own discovery, demo, negotiation and close, build some outbound pipeline, maintain CRM discipline, forecast reliably, and hand over closed accounts to Client Success. Work with US Sales Lead, SDR, Marketing and CS to improve GTM motion and use data and automation to prioritise deals.

Own a portfolio of brand accounts to drive retention, adoption and revenue growth. Build account plans, run commercial QBRs, manage renewals, identify upsell/expansion, remove client friction, and feed insights to Product and Sales. Use data and CRM to prioritise high-value opportunities and progress commercial outcomes.

Lead and improve company operating rhythm, own cross-functional projects, tighten finance/compliance/support systems, line-manage People, Ops and Finance managers, and deploy tooling, automations and AI to increase operational leverage while initially doing hands-on operational work.
