Lead end-to-end TUPE business transfers across the UK and Ireland, including employee consultations, representative elections, data audits, risk assessment, benefits and pension alignment, employee relations, documentation, and post-transfer integration. Advise EOR clients on employment law, compliance, harmonization, performance management, and compensation changes. Manage external providers and legal advisors, support HR operations, and drive automation of transfer processes.

Own enterprise sales for G-P Gia, developing new business, prospecting strategic clients, leading consultative sales cycles, building executive relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, managing forecasts and quotas, and presenting financial value models. The role requires closing complex, high-value SaaS contracts using methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler, with occasional in-person events.

Leads multiple concurrent SaaS product and AI programs from planning through delivery and outcome realization. Establishes execution rhythms, manages risks, dependencies, milestones, and blockers, and communicates program health to leadership. Uses Jira, Confluence, AI, and agentic workflows to automate RAID management and status reporting. Governs experimentation and unpredictability in AI development while aligning technical capabilities with business outcomes.
