Build and maintain integrations with third-party HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday). Design and develop serverless, event-driven microservices (AWS SAM/Lambda, EventBridge, SNS). Own and enhance public REST APIs, OAuth flows, and webhooks. Translate product requirements into technical designs, sprint stories, and workstreams. Collaborate with Product and UX and champion SDLC and engineering best practices.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead a team in developing cloud-enabled products, manage technical design, mentor junior engineers, and enhance G-P's platform with integrations and API management.

Partner with leaders to design and administer total rewards programs, perform market benchmarking and pay analyses, manage compensation cycles and job documentation, train stakeholders, handle day-to-day compensation administration, and recommend process improvements while integrating AI tools to increase efficiency.
