The Engineering Manager will lead multiple engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery, mentoring engineers, managing projects, and collaborating with product architects while establishing best practices in a dynamic environment.

Lead architecture for a distributed payments platform: define technical strategy, make platform-wide architectural decisions, coach engineers, produce documentation, lead design and delivery activities, verify code quality, and contribute hands-on coding (up to 50%). Advocate platform improvements, evaluate new technologies, and support build vs. buy decisions.

Design and develop server-side payment processing gateway products, lead technical work and mentor teams, improve development processes, collaborate across lifecycle from requirements to production, and assist deployments while ensuring high-quality, testable solutions.
