The Engineering Manager will lead multiple engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery, mentoring engineers, managing projects, and collaborating with product architects while establishing best practices in a dynamic environment.

Lead architecture for a distributed payments platform: define technical strategy, make platform-wide architectural decisions, coach engineers, produce documentation, lead design and delivery activities, verify code quality, and contribute hands-on coding (up to 50%). Advocate platform improvements, evaluate new technologies, and support build vs. buy decisions.

Proactively contact customers who intend to discontinue service, listen to concerns, present solutions to retain them, record interactions in the CRM, and meet or exceed retention targets.
