Build and maintain secure, performant backend services for GitLab’s Change Record team using Ruby on Rails and GraphQL. Develop APIs, data models, business logic, tests, and user-facing workflows while improving reliability through performance tuning, caching, observability, rate limiting, and resiliency. Collaborate across teams, support production systems through Tier 2 on-call, troubleshoot incidents, and use AI coding agents responsibly.

Serves as the technical authority for a GitLab product group across complex enterprise pre-sales opportunities. Leads technical discovery, architecture, workshops, demonstrations, Proof of Value evaluations, executive briefings, competitive positioning, and customer handoffs. Builds reference architectures, demo environments, playbooks, battlecards, and enablement content while mentoring Account Solutions Architects. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and post-sales teams to deliver customer feedback, adoption, and production outcomes.

Leads GitLab’s UK and Ireland public sector sales organization, developing regional sales strategy, expanding strategic accounts, forecasting revenue, and driving customer adoption. Manages 5–10 Strategic Account Executives, coaches and hires sales talent, develops solution-selling capabilities, builds executive relationships, and ensures delivery against revenue and pipeline targets. Partners with Marketing, Customer Success, Ecosystems, and Sales teams to grow the public sector business and deliver long-term customer value.
