Supports tactical execution and day-to-day management of the Sexcel and IntelliGen product lines. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, gathers requirements, tracks timelines, monitors market and competitor trends, builds dashboards, develops sales and product materials, and contributes to lifecycle analysis and financial reporting. The role collaborates with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain in a remote environment with periodic travel.

Plan and execute risk-based testing of financial and non-financial controls, assess control effectiveness, document evidence-based conclusions, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Support remediation planning, peer review, quality assurance, and improvement of the internal controls framework. Use GRC tools to document testing and track remediation, while delivering assigned workstreams within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.

Provides field-based consulting to farming businesses, helping improve profitability, efficiency, sustainability, resilience, and long-term performance. Responsibilities include building client relationships, visiting farms, analyzing technical and financial data, using benchmarking insights, delivering recommendations, supporting farm management and compliance initiatives, and developing a client base. The role requires strong agricultural knowledge, communication, organization, digital skills, and a full UK driving licence.
