Provide technical and commercial support for cell separation and cell therapy/reagent catalog products across Europe. Deliver customer consultations, on-site training, product presentations, technical problem solving, and market intelligence. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to inform product development and regional strategy; conduct competitor analysis and support targeted customer engagement.

Provide day-to-day office and facilities administration, vendor and stakeholder coordination, travel and event arrangements, IT asset support, compliance of administrative processes, and general support for employees, visitors, and office projects to ensure efficient operations.

The role involves developing and executing business strategies for market penetration in the EU, managing customer relationships, and leading deals in the biopharma industry.
