Serves as the primary Total Rewards subject matter expert for EMEA, leading regional compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. Advises HR and business leaders on salary reviews, market pricing, equity, incentives, benefits, pay equity, compliance, and governance. Partners with Payroll, Finance, Legal, vendors, and global Total Rewards teams to ensure effective program delivery, analyze workforce data, improve processes, and support organizational changes, mergers, and acquisitions.

Lead Genesys’ EMEA Product Support organization, managing global teams that resolve complex customer and partner issues. Responsibilities include organizational planning, budgeting, staffing, KPI development, customer experience improvements, cloud-focused service design, executive engagement, cross-functional program execution, and presales support. The role requires hands-on leadership, talent development, global stakeholder management, relationship building, and effective delivery within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Lead and grow a team of AI Solution Architects to design, govern, and operationalize enterprise-scale AI and conversational solutions. Define AI architecture strategy, standards, and governance; advise customers and executives; support sales and product direction; collaborate cross-functionally to build reusable AI frameworks; and drive responsible AI, observability, reliability, and adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.
