Lead a global Product Support team for Genesys Cloud across EMEA to resolve complex customer and partner issues. Drive organizational planning, budgeting, KPIs, staffing, cloud-focused offers, executive customer engagements, cross-functional alignment, program execution, pre-sales/RFP support, and continuous operational improvements to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Senior strategic individual-contributor who advises executive customer stakeholders on large-scale CX and AI transformation programs. Shapes complex services proposals, Statements of Work, commercial structures and delivery approaches, drives executive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and Partners, mentors colleagues, and helps evolve Genesys' services strategy and operating model to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Support customer-facing AI initiatives by helping discover use cases, build demos and prototypes, configure and test conversational AI experiences, assist integrations with APIs and data sources, participate in workshops and presentations, and document outcomes while learning LLMs, RAG, and prompt design.
