Leads Digital Technology site reliability for a manufacturing and R&D site while managing global transformation projects and supporting the technology PMO. Responsibilities include infrastructure and application reliability, cybersecurity alignment, requirements analysis, SAP and enterprise solution delivery, process harmonization, project governance, portfolio prioritization, roadmap management, budgeting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, R&D, and corporate functions.

Designs and develops semiconductor components and electronic hardware, including analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuitry. Analyzes equipment, establishes operating data, conducts experiments, and evaluates results. Manages personnel, supports technical strategy, resolves complex manufacturing-process issues, and leads small projects. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, program execution, and project management skills.
