Supervise qualified electricians and apprentices while overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, fault-finding, safety, quality, and compliance. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to deliver projects on time and to required standards. Provide hands-on leadership, mentor junior workers, and ensure adherence to AS/NZS 3000, Queensland electrical regulations, and company procedures.

Plans and coordinates minor civil construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, environmental, budget, and schedule compliance. Manages project meetings, cost tracking, forecasting, contracts, variations, extensions of time, subcontract packages, short-term programs, and tender support. The role also develops project and site engineers, maintains government and private-sector stakeholder relationships, and supports pavement and civil construction delivery across Queensland.

Supervise civil construction projects in the SEQ region, including earthworks, pavements, drainage, and concrete works. Coordinate resources, subcontractors, stakeholders, planning, budgets, timelines, and project controls while maintaining strong safety and productivity standards. The role requires leadership, commercial acumen, adaptability in live operating environments, a valid driver’s licence, and flexibility for night shifts.
