Coordinates U.S. payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Manages registrations, filings, reconciliations, vendor remittances, tax notices, audits, agency inquiries, and year-end W-2 activities. Acts as a payroll tax subject matter expert, partners with Payroll, HR, Finance, vendors, and agencies, and supports tax-related projects, system enhancements, testing, process improvements, and documentation.

Leads organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, and adoption across global transformation and transition initiatives. Develops change strategies, messaging, impact assessments, training coordination, and mitigation plans while supporting program governance, reporting, risk tracking, business requirements, and transition execution. Partners with leaders, HR, Communications, and operational teams to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.

Manage complex U.S. payroll operations and serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and UKG Workforce Management. Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, reporting, audits, reconciliations, documentation, training, compliance, issue resolution, and process improvements while partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.
