Lead customer-facing SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and change requests. Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, facilitate meetings and steering committees, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and drive customer adoption and business outcomes. Contribute to project management standards, methodologies, tools, and delivery excellence initiatives.

Lead solution design and implementation of Intelex software for enterprise, multi-site clients. Translate requirements into architecture and configuration, review estimates, mitigate technical risk, mentor consultants, and coordinate with PMs and product teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and reusable solutions. Travel to client sites (10–40%).

Drive European growth for electrical calibration, RF measurement, calibration software, and precision instrumentation solutions. Support distributors and key accounts through technical demonstrations, application guidance, training, installations, and complex sales cycles. Lead new product introductions, identify market opportunities, gather customer and competitive insights, contribute to product strategy, and build relationships with metrology institutes, calibration laboratories, semiconductor, aerospace, defense, chemical, and pharmaceutical organizations.
