Leads architectural design and implementation of Intelex software solutions for enterprise clients. Translates business requirements into scalable workflows and configurations, reviews estimates and implementation plans, assesses technical risks, supports design workshops, and ensures architectural consistency. Provides mentorship to consultants, collaborates with project managers and product teams, contributes to methodology improvements, and supports client opportunities. Travel to client locations is required, generally 10%–40%.

Lead customer-facing SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and change requests. Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, facilitate meetings and steering committees, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and drive customer adoption and business outcomes. Contribute to project management standards, methodologies, tools, and delivery excellence initiatives.

Drive Fluke’s business development and revenue growth across the European data centre ecosystem. Build strategic account plans, generate pipelines, win new logos, expand product adoption, and secure multi-site agreements with data centre operators, contractors, utilities, EPCs, and power-generation companies. Develop customer workflows, influence technical specifications, lead executive engagements, support channel partners, provide product feedback, and represent Fluke at industry events while serving as the company’s data centre subject matter expert.
