Define API-first integration patterns, implement AI/automation use cases, ensure data governance and compliance, and guide integration engineers while partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to modernize HR systems.

Own and grow partner-led accounts to drive bookings and ARR. Create pipeline with partners, lead deal strategy and execution, enable and recruit partners, run QBRs, forecast and track performance, scale regional GTM, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve partner effectiveness.

Manage distribution channels in UK&I, achieve sales goals, coordinate with sales/marketing teams, and provide strategic direction for accounts.

Manage and optimize partner operations across quoting, renewals, onboarding, and lifecycle management. Drive process improvements, workflow automation, portal enhancements, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate partner time-to-revenue, improve retention, and scale partner program operations.
