Develop and execute sales and go-to-market plans, manage enterprise accounts, build customer relationships, expand into new verticals, and deliver revenue and market-share targets. Responsibilities include funnel and pipeline management, strategic account planning, forecasting, quotations, contract reviews, competitor analysis, customer business reviews, value selling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Drive sales growth for Fluke’s data centre solutions across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, pipeline generation, forecasting, distributor and partner management, customer relationship development, product demonstrations, training, proposals, negotiations, CRM management, and industry events. The role requires technical understanding of data centre applications, consultative selling skills, and frequent engagement with end users, integrators, consultants, and channel partners.

Build scalable low-code solutions on the Intelex platform, validate customer use cases, and translate requirements into productized capabilities. Guide build-versus-partner decisions, review partner integrations, mentor team members, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services, Support, Sales, and customers. Prototype with AI-assisted development tools, identify reusable solution patterns, support product strategy, and contribute to platform and partner development standards.

Lead architecture and delivery for Fortives HR technology ecosystem, owning Oracle HCM, Boomi integrations, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold and LMS platforms. Define API-first integration patterns, implement AI/automation use cases, ensure data governance and compliance, and guide integration engineers while partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to modernize HR systems.

Manage distribution channels in UK&I, achieve sales goals, coordinate with sales/marketing teams, and provide strategic direction for accounts.
