Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and change requests. Drive sales growth for Fluke’s data centre solutions across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, pipeline generation, forecasting, distributor and partner management, customer relationship development, product demonstrations, training, proposals, negotiations, CRM management, and industry events. The role requires technical understanding of data centre applications, consultative selling skills, and frequent engagement with end users, integrators, consultants, and channel partners.

Lead architecture and delivery for Fortives HR technology ecosystem, owning Oracle HCM, Boomi integrations, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold and LMS platforms. Define API-first integration patterns, implement AI/automation use cases, ensure data governance and compliance, and guide integration engineers while partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to modernize HR systems.
