Teams at Focus Group (UK)

Lead the strategic development, configuration, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform focusing on CMDB and CSDM. Own roadmap, schema design, data modelling, release management, automation, performance tuning, and stakeholder/vendor engagement. Support onboarding and integrations across teams while ensuring data integrity and alignment with business needs.

Design, automate and maintain Azure infrastructure at scale using Terraform and CI/CD. Build pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), enforce security and governance (Azure Policy, RBAC, Key Vault, Entra ID), monitor and optimise workloads, troubleshoot incidents, perform code and architecture reviews, mentor engineers, coordinate delivery, support migrations and onboarding, and participate in on-call rotations.

Lead technical delivery of customer projects and act as technical lead on network faults and major incidents. Provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise SD‑WAN, LAN/WLAN, and security solutions; troubleshoot high-pressure incidents, manage escalations and change requests, and maintain technical documentation. Requires UK site travel and occasional out-of-hours work.
