Lead the strategic development, configuration, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform focusing on CMDB and CSDM. Own roadmap, schema design, data modelling, release management, automation, performance tuning, and stakeholder/vendor engagement. As a Technical Support Advisor 2nd Line, you'll handle escalated service queries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely case resolution.

Lead technical delivery of customer projects and act as technical lead on network faults and major incidents. Provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise SD‑WAN, LAN/WLAN, and security solutions; troubleshoot high-pressure incidents, manage escalations and change requests, and maintain technical documentation. Requires UK site travel and occasional out-of-hours work.
