Teams at Fluence

Supports delivery of utility-scale battery energy storage projects across EMEA from initiation through construction, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules and project documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking budgets and risks, managing change orders and work packages, facilitating meetings, supporting site activities, and communicating with customers, contractors, and suppliers. The role requires regular travel to project sites and offers ownership of smaller projects as experience develops.
