The Product Owner will manage BUSY's ecosystem, ensuring alignment across hardware and software, prioritizing the roadmap, collaborating with teams, and monitoring product metrics.

Act as primary user contact to resolve technical and logistical issues across channels, investigate incidents, escalate bugs to product teams, manage returns/replacements, and collect structured user feedback to improve products and documentation.
