Lead grid connection activities across Field’s GB development portfolio, from origination through pre-construction. Provide electrical design expertise, manage grid connection applications, prepare SLDs, oversee grid compliance studies, and maintain relationships with NESO and Transmission Owners. Advise on grid risks, budgets, programmes, industry reforms, and pipeline strategy while owning early G99 and ONCC processes and supporting project design and procurement.

Oversee electrical engineering delivery for utility-scale battery energy storage projects from pre-construction through energisation and handover. Responsibilities include technical documentation, site and tender evaluation, design coordination, grid interfaces, contractor and consultant management, health and safety risk assessment, quality oversight, SCADA and C&I coordination, testing and commissioning, and review of project schedules, risks, budgets, and O&M documentation.
