Provide first-line technical support through phone, email, web, and support channels. Investigate and resolve customer issues, document interactions in CRM and support systems, escalate appropriately, and collaborate with Sales, Development, and QA. Create support documentation and knowledge-base content, maintain product expertise through training, prioritize multiple requests, and contribute to customer satisfaction and service improvements. This is a six-month fixed-term contract.

Prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports under US GAAP; support payroll, revenue and deferred revenue accounting; assist audits; provide analysis to stakeholders; improve accounting processes and controls in a global SaaS environment.

Supports the legal function across SaaS customer and supplier contracts, data protection agreements, intellectual property, M&A activities, vendor due diligence, corporate governance, risk management, policies, and internal controls. Collaborates with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Product, Information Security, and AI teams to manage legal risks and support business objectives.
