The Reward Specialist analyzes compensation and benefits data, supports reward decision-making, conducts market benchmarking, and ensures compliance with governance while collaborating on enhancements to reward frameworks.

Lead and execute manual and automated testing for web, API, desktop, and mobile products. Build and maintain automated test suites, create test plans and cases, document and track defects, collaborate with Agile teams, improve testing processes and frameworks, and mentor junior QA engineers.
