Lead global paid social strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Meta platforms. Plan, launch, optimise and report on campaigns, audience strategies (retargeting, lookalike, customer lists, ABM), budget forecasting, A/B testing, and performance dashboards. Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product, and agency partners to align paid social with marketing objectives and improve attribution, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.

Manage end-to-end accounting and entity-level reporting for non-US Everway entities. Oversee monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, support audits, coach accounting staff, drive automation and process improvements, and assist with M&A integrations.
