Provides administrative support to financial planners, maintains client records and back-office systems, prepares meeting packs and valuations, coordinates with operational teams, and builds strong client relationships. The role requires financial planning or wealth management experience, knowledge of financial products, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to client service. It is based in Belfast, initially fully office-based during probation, followed by a hybrid schedule.
