Provides technical application support to customers through phone, email, and chat. Diagnoses and resolves client-server, ERP, finance, integration, payment terminal, printer, and mobile device issues. Troubleshoots complex problems, documents solutions, supports system configuration, maintains knowledge of product updates, and collaborates with internal teams. The role also contributes to documentation, process improvement, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.

Leads and mentors Solution Engineers while partnering with sales teams on ERP opportunities. Translates client requirements into solutions, conducts technical presentations and demonstrations, manages proofs of concept and trials, supports pricing evaluations, and builds client relationships. The role requires manufacturing and distribution industry knowledge, presales expertise, direct and channel sales experience, and 50% domestic travel.
