Leads business transformation engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, business analysis, operating model and business architecture design, transformation roadmaps, change management, service design, performance measurement, and consulting business development. Works with multidisciplinary teams across government, defence, and national security environments while mentoring colleagues and supporting proposals and bids.

Leads quality engineering across multidisciplinary Agile teams by establishing testing standards, strategies, governance, automation, and quality gates. Develops automated UI and API test suites, integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines, supports functional through acceptance testing, manages defects and test data, and provides release assurance evidence. Coaches engineering teams on shift-left practices and quality improvement while remaining hands-on. The role may also support building and leading a future quality engineering team.

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise data architectures, strategies, governance frameworks, cloud platforms, and analytics solutions for defence, government, and regulated-sector clients. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, architecture documentation, technical governance, project lifecycle leadership, business-case development, and support for proposals and customer presentations. The role also contributes to data capability development, emerging technology evaluation, and AI-enabled transformation.
