Leads large, complex IT infrastructure and data centre migration projects from scope definition through delivery and post-implementation review. Manages budgets, schedules, risks, resources, governance, quality, and stakeholder communications. Provides strategic direction to matrixed teams, engages client executives, develops status reports and presentations, supports benefits realization, and mentors project management associates. Requires strong IT outsourcing, infrastructure, financial management, and project leadership experience, with regular engagement at a London client office.

Lead Product Engineering efforts to design, automate, and operationalize repeatable AWS/GCP cloud services. Define cloud standards, onboard services, implement IaC/config management, support operations, and act as SME and escalation point.

Design, deploy, and maintain reliable cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform, Azure, and Kubernetes. Troubleshoot incidents, lead incident resolution and post‑mortems, improve CI/CD and monitoring, reduce toil, manage security risks, and lead client and supplier engagements to expand SRE practices.
