Teams at ENSEK

Lead a team of 7–8 engineers building ENSEK’s Flex cloud-native energy platform. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, sprint planning, technical decision-making, architecture, engineering quality, CI/CD, testing, observability, incident response, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, UX, Data, and SRE. The role also contributes to team-model evolution and broader engineering strategy while ensuring reliable, commercially valuable product delivery.

Own the Connections product strategy and roadmap for ENSEK Flex, focusing on device, tariff, and customer connectivity. Lead discovery with partners and customers, assess international market requirements, develop scalable API and integration strategies with Engineering, and improve onboarding reliability, connection success, device coverage, and time to connect across energy markets.

Leads security operations by managing major incidents, engineering SIEM detections, applying MITRE ATT&CK, developing automated response workflows, and improving threat-informed monitoring. Partners with engineering and platform teams on cloud security, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and security architecture. Provides technical leadership, mentors analysts, reports operational metrics, and supports ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIS2 compliance.
