Own the B2B product strategy, vision, roadmap, and end-to-end customer experience for SME and large commercial energy customers. Lead onboarding, account management, billing, contracting, settlement, and retention capabilities across multiple product teams. Drive B2B migrations to Ignition, improve customer and agent experiences, and use data and AI to increase operational efficiency and support international growth.

Analyzes customer operations, workflows, platform usage, and performance data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Defines business requirements, supports root-cause analysis, develops KPI and benefits-tracking frameworks, and translates technical findings into actionable recommendations. Partners with customer, technical, operational, and finance stakeholders during onboarding, transformation, and stabilization initiatives. Contributes to governance reporting, testing, process improvement, financial impact analysis, and reusable Customer Excellence standards.

Legal Counsel providing commercially focused advice in a technology SaaS business. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on data protection and compliance, managing supplier due diligence, supporting contract management processes, handling pre-litigation disputes, improving legal workflows and automation, and managing external legal advisers. Requires a UK-qualified solicitor with 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial contracts, preferably within technology or SaaS.
