Lead and develop a team of 5-6 account executives across EMEA to drive pipeline, execute territory strategy, recruit and coach talent, enforce value-based selling and MEDDIC, partner with cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver team revenue targets through data-driven sales management.

Own and grow Endor Labs' partner ecosystem across EMEA by recruiting and managing cybersecurity solution providers and VARs, hunting new partner-sourced business, aligning sales and GTM plans, delivering technical demos, running enablement and marketing programs, and conducting regular business reviews to drive pipeline and revenue.
