The AI Implementation Engineer delivers and stabilizes AI solutions in customer environments, ensuring integrations and workflows meet requirements while coaching customer teams during critical phases.

Own production support for enterprise agentic AI systems, diagnosing failures across models, workflows, integrations, data, and configuration. Lead Sev-1 and Sev-2 incident resolution, provide customer workarounds, conduct root-cause analysis, communicate with senior stakeholders, and convert incidents into engineering and product improvements. The role also improves runbooks, escalation processes, on-call practices, and mentors junior support engineers.

The Solution Architect will enable technical solutions deployment, demonstrate product value to customers, manage projects, and design solutions aligned with customer needs.
