Lead strategic partnerships with system integrators, VARs, consultancies, cloud platforms, ISVs, and AI ecosystem companies. Responsibilities include recruiting and enabling partners, developing joint GTM plans, negotiating agreements and incentives, driving co-selling and partner-influenced pipeline, building partner programs, tracking revenue impact, conducting QBRs, and advocating for partner needs internally. The role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to scale partner-led enterprise growth.

Own product strategy and roadmap for Ema’s agentic AI platform. Responsibilities include customer research, feature prioritization, PRD creation, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design, end-to-end feature delivery, metric analysis, data-informed decisions, and go-to-market and launch planning.

Own product strategy, roadmap, research, requirements, feature prioritization, development lifecycle, launches, KPIs, and post-launch iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support while communicating product plans and progress to stakeholders. Define go-to-market strategies, manage external partners, and use customer feedback and data to improve products.

Lead and scale engineering teams building multi-tenant Voice AI, Agent QA, analytics, auto-learning, and workforce management platforms. Own architecture for high-throughput voice data systems, real-time pipelines, telephony integrations, optimization algorithms, and enterprise compliance. Recruit and develop senior engineers and managers, establish engineering standards, guide cross-functional roadmap alignment, and deliver reliable production systems across global geographies.

Own production support for enterprise agentic AI systems, diagnosing failures across models, workflows, integrations, data, and configuration. Lead Sev-1 and Sev-2 incident resolution, provide customer workarounds, conduct root-cause analysis, communicate with senior stakeholders, and convert incidents into engineering and product improvements. The role also improves runbooks, escalation processes, on-call practices, and mentors junior support engineers.

The Solution Architect will enable technical solutions deployment, demonstrate product value to customers, manage projects, and design solutions aligned with customer needs.

Lead AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts: advise C-level stakeholders, shape transformation roadmaps and business cases, influence deal strategy with executive leadership, structure engagements and proposals, run workshops and discovery sessions, and collaborate with product, engineering, GTM and delivery teams to align solutions and mentor internal teams on strategic storytelling and engagement design.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Go/Python. Integrate enterprise services, data pipelines, event-driven tech (Temporal, Kafka), and LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude). Ensure security, high availability, multi-tenant SaaS deployments, and improve engineering practices across the stack.
