Leads architecture and evolution of Snowflake-based operational data platforms, including real-time ingestion, AI-enabled capabilities, API integrations, data modeling, governance, and secure enterprise data flows. Partners with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, standards, and technical direction while troubleshooting complex systems and communicating architecture decisions to technical and executive audiences.

Provide advanced product and domain expertise to Elsevier customers throughout the post-sales journey. Support adoption, complex use cases, change management, training, escalations, and value realization for analytics products including SciVal and Scopus. Apply bibliometric, scientometric, research evaluation, and AI knowledge while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Education teams to improve customer outcomes, product adoption, renewals, and account growth.

Develop and align global go-to-market strategies across customer personas and enterprise offerings. Translate market and customer insights into priorities, initiatives, metrics, governance, and commercialization plans. Facilitate senior stakeholder alignment in a complex matrixed organization, support product launches and portfolio changes, and monitor performance to improve growth, customer value, and commercial execution across healthcare markets.
