Develop new mid-market accounts across the Nordics, identify opportunities for conversational and voice AI, build relationships with product and engineering teams, meet revenue targets, and create repeatable sales plays. Maintain deep knowledge of the conversational AI landscape and translate product capabilities into customer value while landing beachhead customers and building community.

Own and scale the end-to-end global new-hire experience, from offer acceptance through 30/60/90-day ramp. Partner with People, Talent, IT, Finance and team Leads to operationalize system access, equipment, compliance, team-specific guides, and onboarding materials. Track feedback and metrics to improve time-to-productivity and early engagement.

Own compensation operations for GTM teams: design scalable processes, administer plans, manage payouts, ensure governance and compliance, build reporting and field support, and partner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Finance, and Sales.
