Own and evolve ElevenLabs’ global compensation and total rewards strategy across 46+ countries. Responsibilities include compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, pay bands, equity and incentive programs, compensation cycles, governance, calibration tooling, and globally scalable benefits. Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance while advising senior leaders on complex compensation decisions and introducing AI-enabled workflows.

Own enterprise customer success across Central and Eastern Europe, driving onboarding, platform adoption, technical enablement, renewals, upsells, and multi-product expansion. Analyze usage and performance signals to remove adoption barriers and demonstrate measurable value. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and leadership to generate durable revenue growth. Build the region’s first dedicated Customer Success function while supporting complex AI, developer tools, and B2B SaaS deployments.

The Operations Recruiter will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for key Operations functions, partner with business leaders, and enhance candidate experiences to attract top talent.
