Sell Elastics search, observability, and security SaaS to the NHS by owning full sales cycles, driving adoption, qualifying high-value opportunities (MEDDPICC), building executive relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to close complex deals and expand footprint.

Develops Elastic’s footprint within UK Defence by expanding existing business, building relationships, generating demand, identifying use cases, managing complex sales cycles, closing transactions, and growing territory revenue through customer, partner, and defence community ecosystems. The role requires SaaS sales expertise, defence-sector relationships, accurate forecasting, open-source go-to-market knowledge, and an active security clearance.

Lead and grow Elastic's Justice & Public Safety business across the UK. Build executive relationships across government and blue light organizations, drive strategic pursuits, expand Elastic's platform (Search, Security, Observability, AI), and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Mentor colleagues, develop partner ecosystems, and deliver sustainable pipeline, customer outcomes, and platform revenue growth while preparing to scale the business.

Sell Elastic's Search AI, observability, and security platform into enterprise accounts. Drive net-new revenue and expansion, manage complex sales cycles, qualify with MEDDPICC, build strategic plans, partner cross-functionally, and lead executive negotiations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead delivery and senior stakeholder relationships in public sector engagements, design and integrate Elastic solutions, architect and capacity-plan mission-critical clusters, build demos/POCs, perform data modelling, query optimization, and cluster tuning. Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and support teams, travel frequently for onsite customer work, and require security clearance.

Provide UK-focused commercial legal support for Public Sector technology contracts across the full lifecycle: bid/RFP support, negotiation, execution, and contract management for Cloud/SaaS, software subscriptions, professional services and data-processing agreements. Advise on public procurement, UK GDPR/Data Protection Act compliance, cyber and information-security obligations, collaborate with internal security, finance and regional legal teams, and help improve legal workflows and automation.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Elastic Agent Builder to enable enterprises to build, manage, and scale context for AI agents. Partner with customers, sales, engineering, data science, design, and hyperscaler partners to define roadmap, benchmarking, UX, and evangelism for retrieval, relevance, and context-engineering capabilities.

Build and grow strategic GSI and Influence Partner relationships across the UK Public Sector. Enable partner-sourced pipeline, lead joint GTM initiatives, develop partner capabilities, and drive co-sell/co-delivery motions across security, observability, search, and AI to deliver measurable customer outcomes and revenue growth.
