Own retention, expansion, GRR, and NRR performance while building scalable customer journeys, forecasting processes, and risk interventions. Manage Account Managers and Retail Strategists, develop team performance, guide deal cycles, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and global customer success leadership. The role requires strong B2B SaaS leadership, retail industry knowledge, executive stakeholder management, and data-driven operational discipline.
