Owns EMEA sales incentive strategy, governance, planning, analytics, reporting, and optimization for Eaton’s Electrical Sector. The role designs incentive plans, monitors performance and behavioral outcomes, ensures policy and audit compliance, leads change management and training, develops digital tool roadmaps, and partners with Sales, HR, Finance, Legal, and global stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Lead electrical design and engineering for data centre projects across EMEA, from concept through construction support and closeout. Manage design teams, deliverables, schedules, quality, peer reviews, value engineering, and technical decisions. Provide hands-on expertise in power distribution, transformers, UPS systems, and standby generation while mentoring engineers and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders. Serve as a customer-facing technical lead, supporting client and contractor meetings, site visits, installation, and commissioning matters.

Leads global category strategy and strategic sourcing for a $600M electronic components portfolio. Responsibilities include supplier negotiations, cost reduction, risk mitigation, supply continuity, quality and delivery improvement, supplier performance management, market analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership. The role partners with operations, engineering, quality, logistics, and commercial teams while managing enterprise-wide procurement initiatives and executive reporting.
