The role partners with operations, engineering, quality, logistics, and commercial teams while managing enterprise-wide procurement initiatives and executive reporting.

Owns the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan through the SIOP process. Leads supply reviews, capacity planning, scenario analysis, risk mitigation, inventory strategy, and cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, and commercial teams. The role translates demand into feasible supply plans, communicates trade-offs to senior leaders, improves planning data and governance, and ensures strategic decisions are carried into execution.

Support the B-Line cable management portfolio across EMEA, focusing on support systems, fittings, and accessories. Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, customer needs, pricing, and growth opportunities. Coordinate product lifecycle activities and new product introductions from market requirements through launch. Provide product knowledge, positioning, training, and materials to sales teams and customers while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
