Install, commission and service EE Monitor prepayment devices and associated metering (routers, data loggers, heat meters) across district heating properties. Remove old units, complete minor works/commissioning certificates, perform acceptance testing, support a 5,000-property upgrade, and travel nationally with occasional overnight stays. Participate in on-call rota and deliver high-quality electrical/mechanical installations.

Provide stage door cover at the Theatre Royal & Concert Hall: answer calls/emails, manage fire panel and evacuations, control vehicle parking, receive goods/post, and assist the Technical Department and visiting companies/performers.

Provide customer-focused neighbourhood safety services across Nottingham: engage residents and stakeholders, prevent and resolve public-realm issues, keep areas safe and clean, deliver education and engagement, use enforcement powers when required, and maintain accurate records.
