Own and optimize telephony, messaging, email, and WhatsApp communication infrastructure. Configure providers, manage routing workflows, troubleshoot incidents, support CRM integrations, and coordinate testing and vendor escalations. Assist with telecom integrations during acquisitions, including number porting, migrations, technical diagrams, and automation. Monitor channel reliability, delivery quality, and performance while providing internal support and improving operational processes.

Design end-to-end experiences across customer-facing portals and internal operational tools. Conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborate with product and engineering teams through delivery. Improve usability of workflow-heavy products, establish a shared design system and component library, and introduce lightweight design processes, documentation, and handoff practices.

Own CRM and email communications across multiple agency brands using Mailchimp. Manage databases, list hygiene, segmentation, deliverability, recurring newsletters, campaign deployment, performance reporting, templates, and acquisition onboarding. Improve engagement through data-informed optimisation and automate repetitive workflows using Zapier and AI tools. Maintain documentation, support email asset creation in Canva and Figma, and manage Google Business Profiles across the portfolio.
