The role involves consultative discovery, objection handling, closing, CRM documentation, and sharing effective value propositions with agency MDs and valuers. Performance is measured by new revenue, properties won, service-tier upgrades, and inbound conversion.

Win new landlord instructions through rapid enquiry response, rental valuations, persuasive presentations, relationship building, and disciplined pipeline follow-up. Develop referral networks across the local property community, protect pricing, prioritize profitable landlords and properties, and collaborate with AI agents through the CRM. The role requires face-to-face business development, local market knowledge, professional standards, and ownership of branch growth.
