Own end-to-end engineering recruitment across AI, backend, frontend, full-stack, data, and infrastructure roles. Develop hiring strategies with founders and engineering leaders, build proactive sourcing pipelines, assess technical fundamentals, manage recruitment agencies, analyze talent markets, maintain ATS accuracy, and deliver a strong candidate experience in a fast-scaling startup.

Leads branch performance across team management, landlord retention and acquisition, pricing, service quality, operational coordination, and full P&L ownership.
