Respond to on-call incidents, lead root cause analyses, implement durable fixes, and evaluate AI tools that improve DevOps and SRE workflows.

Produces brand, campaign, product, social, email, blog, sales enablement, and customer-generated content across multiple channels. The Staff Software Engineer will design and manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating across Java and Python systems, including event schema design and AI tooling.
