Coordinates hotel engineering maintenance requests, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, compliance records, safety documentation, preventative maintenance schedules, and engineering projects. The role liaises with contractors, suppliers, and hotel departments while providing administrative support and service to guests and colleagues. Technical knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and fire and life safety systems is required, alongside engineering and health and safety qualifications.

Supports hotel marketing operations, brand stewardship, content creation, PR planning, media relations, social media execution, reporting, photo and video shoots, and luxury partnerships. The role coordinates internal stakeholders and external creative, digital, media, social, PR, and advertising agencies while ensuring communications align with Jumeirah’s luxury brand strategy.

Coordinates sales department administration and communication, maintains management calendars, supports the Director as a personal assistant, prepares supplier contracts, handles confidential information, and supports internal quality reviews. The role requires cross-functional stakeholder management and coordination of external PR, creative, digital, media, and advertising agencies within a luxury hospitality environment.
