Supervise and lead engineering team to ensure smooth daily operations, inspect and verify repair and maintenance works, implement and monitor JEMS (including fire and life safety and preventive maintenance), manage stakeholders and contractor relationships, handle colleague grievances, and ensure compliance with engineering policies and safety procedures.

Lead Middle East sales efforts for Jumeirah Carlton Tower: develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, recruit and train sales staff, provide leadership and performance management, and build and maintain key client relationships to drive revenue and market share.

Verify daily transactions for manager approval, assist monthly financial reporting and analysis, set monthly deadlines and SOPs, allocate team work, and provide monthly training to finance colleagues.

Sell and plan meetings and events for Jumeirah Carlton Tower. Support hotel sales and marketing objectives, conduct site inspections and client entertainment, host and attend event meetings, use Delphi and Opera systems for bookings, meet key event organisers during events, and perform post-event follow-up to secure rebooks and feedback.
