Supports ferry terminal operations, including vessel arrival and departure, vehicle and passenger marshalling, traffic management, check-in, loading and discharge activities, safety inspections, and general terminal support. The role requires customer service, teamwork, prioritization, and safe operation in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. Bus driving and experience in ports, shipping, logistics, transport, or vehicle marshalling are desirable.

Leads operational HR across multiple Northern UK logistics sites, managing senior HR teams and ensuring consistent HR services. Develops and implements regional HR strategy, oversees workforce planning, industrial relations, talent initiatives, organizational change, and labor-cost management. Coordinates remote teams, resolves site issues, manages stakeholders, and drives projects across the regional cluster. Travel to UK locations is required.

Serve as regional WMS subject-matter expert linking Operations, IT and the Global WMS Centre of Excellence. Drive WMS strategy, design, implementation, testing, configuration and continuous improvement across multi-site warehouse operations. Support legacy replacements, champion standard capabilities over customisations, provide first-line support, training, and stakeholder engagement including Sales and customers.
