The HRBP will partner with global teams to support integration within Siemens, enhance employee engagement, manage performance, and ensure HR compliance. Responsibilities include strategy execution, employee lifecycle management, and reporting.

Lead integration initiatives between Dotmatics and Siemens as a Senior Technical Product Manager, managing roadmaps, stakeholder communication, and compliance requirements while ensuring effective delivery of complex systems.

Lead a team of engineers to develop GraphQL and REST APIs, mentor junior staff, and ensure application performance and stability while driving technical architecture decisions.
