Own the market strategy and growth of Luma’s lab automation and orchestration solutions. Engage pharma, biotech, CDMO, and research customers; define segments, personas, positioning, competitive strategy, pricing inputs, and AI use cases. Enable global sales and marketing teams with messaging and sales tools, align Siemens organizations, support strategic pursuits, and build partnerships with automation vendors and thought leaders. Drive software adoption, pipeline growth, and customer movement toward connected and autonomous laboratories.

Owns renewals, retention, account health, and expansion sales for assigned Luma customer accounts. Responsibilities include managing renewal cycles, identifying expansion opportunities, negotiating terms, forecasting revenue risk, building relationships with researchers and lab managers, conducting discovery and proposals, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Presales, Finance, and Revenue Operations. The role requires scientific fluency, English and German proficiency, and 30%+ travel across the DACH region.

Own renewals, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of Luma customer accounts. Manage the full renewal cycle, identify and close expansion opportunities, forecast account health and revenue, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer relationships. Partner with Strategic Account Executives, Customer Success, Renewals, Presales, Finance, and RevOps. Engage scientific researchers and lab managers while maintaining CRM records, meeting quotas, and providing market intelligence. The role requires 30%+ travel and at least four years of relevant sales or account management experience.

Build, operate, and improve secure, scalable AWS infrastructure for ELN platform services. Responsibilities include infrastructure-as-code, automation, observability, incident response, cloud security, reliability improvements, troubleshooting, peer code reviews, and collaboration with engineering, security, and DevOps teams.
