The Technical Support Engineer I provides post-sales support to customers, resolving technical issues, improving processes, and documenting solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge in IT and cybersecurity.

Lead marketing insights, planning, and program management: drive annual/quarterly marketing plans, report on growth performance and ROI, identify data-driven growth opportunities, manage integrated campaigns across demand gen, digital, channel, and field marketing, and lead transformational projects.

Responsible for net new sales into Strategic Accounts, engaging C-suite executives, leading complex sales-cycles, achieving quota targets, and building relationships with decision-makers.
