Provide post-sale technical support to customers and partners by assessing, documenting, troubleshooting, reproducing, and resolving technical issues. Develop resolution plans, gather required information, communicate corrective actions, and participate in a shared after-hours on-call rotation. Own net-new enterprise sales across strategic FTSE 100 and global accounts. Prospect, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engage C-suite and CISO buyers, develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, close transformational deals, maintain pipeline accuracy, forecast results, and collaborate with SDR, channel, marketing, and sales teams. The role requires consultative SaaS selling, quota attainment, executive communication, and growth of key accounts.

Lead Delinea’s Northern Europe Sales Engineering organization of 5–7 engineers. Build team capability, onboarding, coaching, and operating strategy; align technical positioning and KPIs with sales leadership; support complex enterprise deals through demos, proofs of concept, validation, and solution architecture; and represent regional customer needs to Product and Engineering. The role also partners with Marketing and Customer Success to drive revenue, pipeline, technical win rates, and go-to-market opportunities.

Manage design, build, maintenance, security, and quality assurance of hands-on training and certification labs for Delinea's identity security products. Develop lab challenges, maintain environments, automate provisioning/deprovisioning, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and collaborate with SMEs to keep labs current and effective for customers and partners.
