Supports the UK Investment Team in managing discretionary and advisory portfolios, executing transactions, preparing performance and attribution reports, monitoring corporate actions and cash balances, completing regulatory reporting, producing management information, and contributing to investment management process improvements and projects.

Lead the firm's Training & Competence framework for wealth management: maintain T&C schemes, assess adviser competence, ensure regulatory compliance, run competency assessments and supervision, produce MI and reporting, identify skills gaps, and drive continuous improvement in adviser quality and governance.
