Supports daily club operations across departments to ensure member safety and an excellent experience. Responsibilities include cleaning, opening and closing the club, greeting members, and assisting teams as needed. The role requires strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Make high-volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or have missed payments, with the goal of retaining memberships and reducing company attrition. Manage workload independently, provide customer service, and use commercial judgment to maximize membership growth and revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Support the maintenance, enhancement, testing, and continuous improvement of global HR systems, primarily Workday HCM and Absence. Translate business needs into effective system solutions, improve HR processes, maintain platform reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders. The role also supports Workday releases, enhancements, and potential additional modules.
